Enjoy a short visit to Edinburgh's Christmas celebrations. Princes Street will be alive with traditional German and highland village style markets with an opportunity to visit the Norwegian Christmas tree.

We depart from the home area early morning Sunday, stopping en route for lunch and will arrive in Edinburgh late afternoon to check in.

The rest of the day is free for you to explore the sights.

Your accommodation is for 2 nights Half Board at The Ramada Mount Royal Hotel.
Located on Princes Street, The Ramada Mount Royal Hotel is located just a short distance from various tourist attractions including the Castle, George Street boutiques, the Rose Street pubs, the lively Grassmarket and Edinburgh Zoo (a short bus ride away). All rooms are en-suite with TV's and internet access. There is a restaurant and bar situated within the hotel which have floor to ceiling windows, offering you postcard views of Edinburgh castle.

On monday morning we will be visiting the Royal Yacht Britannia, moored at Leith. Serving the royal family for 40 years, Britannia provides a great morning out. On return to Edinburgh the afternoon is free for you to explore the sights.

We depart Edinburgh on Tuesday morning after breakfast. With a stop for lunch, we will arrive back at the home area late afternoon.
