Your base for the holiday will be the welcoming Trouville Hotel, perfectly positioned on Sandown’s seafront.

23rd December
We collect you from your Door and take you to meet the Coach at a central location. We then head to Portsmouth, with a stop en route for a chance to stretch your legs and grab a bite to eat, to catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight, arriving in the late afternoon.
Christmas Eve
Start with a hearty breakfast, then enjoy free time to browse the local shops for any last-minute gifts. A leisurely lunch is available from the bar, followed by tea or coffee with Christmas cake in the lounge. As evening approaches, share a glass of wine while joining in carols and seasonal entertainment before sitting down to a candlelit dinner. Round off the night with music and dancing in the ballroom, setting the perfect tone for Christmas Day.
Christmas Day
Celebrate Christmas Day in style with a full programme of festive treats and entertainment. Start with a hearty breakfast, then enjoy sparkling wine, carols and a special visitor before sitting down to a traditional Christmas lunch. The afternoon brings the King’s Speech, tea and coffee with a bumper quiz, followed by a light supper and an evening of music and dancing to round off an enjoyable day.
Boxing Day
Boxing day offers a hearty breakfast, a traditional afternoon tea complete with bucks fizz, dainty sandwiches, cakes and scones served on elegant three-tier stands follwed by a delicious Boxing Day dinner before rounding off the night with music and dancing in the ballroom, where prizes will be awarded to the quiz champions. There will also be the opportunity for a morning excursion if numbers dictate.
27th December
After a tasty breakfast, we head back to the home area, with a stop enroute, arriving in the early evening.
Included excursions
Excursions will be chosen by the driver on the day, taking into account the weather etc.
The hotel has a full Christmas program operating over the festive period with quizes, afternoon tea, Carol singing, music, dancing and more festive treats.
