Please make sure you have your QR code ready to be scanned onto the coach, 1 code per passenger. It works best if the brightness on your phone screen is turned to maximum. Passes can be printed off but are better read from the phones.

Please note your ticket is ONLY valid on the coach that you have booked on, so please make sure you are boarding the correct coach.

Seating / Coach information

Specific seats are not allocated but the services have not been oversold although every seat has been used. If you are traveling in a group, please try to board together to give you the best chance of sitting together.

When you get to Wembley, please make a note of your vehicle reg, where you are parked and the surroundings. There will be over 250 coaches at Wembley so you will want to give yourself the best chance of finding the coach for the return.

Stadium Information

This is from the official information from Wembley Stadium

“No hold luggage is allowed without exception . Any coaches who fail to follow the "no alcohol / no luggage in the hold" policy will be rejected and directed to leave site with no refund. All coaches will be subject to a random mandatory security check prior to entry to the parking areas.”

We are not willing to jeopardise the whole coach for those who are trying to sneak alcohol either onto the coach or asking to put it under the coach so please do not put us in that position.

The Sporting Event (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985 created a number of offences relating to alcohol at football matches.
Anyone who has alcohol in their possession whilst traveling on a coach or train that is principally being used to take people to or from a match is guilty of an offence.

NO ALCOHOL is allowed to be taken onto our vehicles for this trip.

Once booked, these tickets are non refundable.  You will receive a QR code to scan onto the bus.  This QR is specific to your ticket only and each person must have their own individual QR Code. 
If the QR code is copied, both copies will be voided and you will be unable to board the coach.

Your pickup time is listed above, please make sure you are at the pick up point 5 mins before so that we can load and leave promptly to get you to Wembley as soon as possible.
