1. Catteralls Coaches has a current Operators Licence
2. Catteralls Coaches has Fully Comprehensive Insurance and Full Passenger Liability
3. All Catteralls Coaches have received a Certificate of Initial Fitness
4. Any Catteralls Coach hired will have a current MOT
5. All drivers employed by Catteralls Coaches have the appropriate PCV licence and adhere to the regulations governing drivers hours
6. Any Catteralls Coach hired will have the appropriate Vehicle Tax
7. All Catteralls Coaches are fitted with seatbelts
8. Catteralls Coaches will ensure that all coaches are in a clean state and maintained in the condition of fitness required by statute
9. Catteralls Coaches will ensure that prior to use the First Aid Box is of the required standard and fire extinguisher is of legal standard
10. All drivers employed by Catteralls Coaches have Mobile Phones along with Hands Free Equipment
11. All drivers employed by Catteralls Coaches are enhanced DBS checked
